Cancellation policy
Basic cancellation information for reservation requests and confirmed bookings.
Before confirmation
A submitted request can be changed or withdrawn before confirmation by contacting the rental office.
After confirmation
Confirmed reservations may be subject to cancellation rules, deadlines or fees defined by the rental office.
No-show
If the customer does not appear at the agreed pickup time and does not contact the rental office, the reservation may be cancelled.
